"My practice concerns drawing, acknowledging the history that drawing holds as a traditional method of art making but testing it in the context of the contemporary art world. Working within the constraints of the page is an essential working method for me along with my chosen constraint of minimal line. I want to communicate something specific, quickly, in this case, the fictional scenario of a dolphin about to be hit by a lorry. My research lays within the fields of computer games, alternate worlds and the weirdness of the everyday with an underlying base in the study of psychology, especially to understand why and how we can enter alternate realities.
