Chole Glaister is a fine artist who works mainly with paint and mixed media. She normally use raw loose un primed canvas or wooden board as her base for her work as she is fascinated by the raw texture of these materials and how the effect they can have with the use of other materials works together on the canvas.
Claister's work is created in the moment it shows how she was feeling in the moment of production of that specific piece of work through the power of the marks and colours on the canvas. She takes inspiration from some of the greatest abstract expressionist such as Jackson Pollock and Cy Twombley.
